Plasticol – transfer printing onto any colour garment. Full colour printing and one/two colour simple designs. Great for putting a multi colour design or photo onto a coloured garment. The image is eco solvent printed onto thin plastisol, we then cut the print into complex shapes and heat seal onto the fabric. Because of the wash properties this can be used for sportswear and workwear. One of the benefits of plasticol and transfer printing is there are no set up costs so we can print just one.
We can print your Company name or logo on Hi Viz garments, T-shirts, Sweatshirts & Polos. A plasticol print in a single colour costs from £5.50 per garment. A breast pocket print is from £3.00. We have five ways of printing Hi Viz Safety Vests from Hi Vis silver reflective to simple black text so we are able to reproduce virtually any design at a very competitive price. One off’s and short runs.
Screen printing from one to multi colour is the perfect solution for longer print runs.

Screen Printed Garments
|NUMBER OF COLOURS PRINTED BY SILK SCREEN|
- Above prices are based on white heavy weight / quality merchandise.
- For colours add .90p per garment
- Further back or front prints charged extra
- Screens charged at £30.00 per colour, per image size
- Artwork charged at £28.00 per hour
- Special inks & finishes by quote
There are an infinite combination of printing methods and end substrates that they can be applied to. With this in mind, these pages are produced mainly to give guidance for quotation.
Screenprinting requires special screens to be made, 1 screen per colour, per design plus any associated set up fees (ie colour separations). These costs are added to the printing price, so obviously the more garments you have printed the less impact these costs have on the final “per garment” price. Screenprinting will require a minimum order quantity of 50 – 100 garments.

PLOTTER PRINTING This specialist method of printing is done by cutting the design out of a sheet of solid coloured ink and sealing / heat fusing it into the garment using a high temperature and high pressure. The benefits of plotter printing are that the print edges are much cleaner than traditional screen printing, it’s handle or touch is less tacky and it’s biggest benefit is that no printing screen is required, saving you this cost and we can print one. Recent improvements allow certain types of plotter printing to be washed in temperatures up to 60 degrees.
